Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is by Royal Mail or myHermes and can take between 3-5 working days - 8am and 6pm, is recorded and requires a signature. If you are unable to receive your delivery between these times, please provide a different delivery address where the delivery can be signed for, such as your work address. If Royal Mail are unable to deliver your order, they will leave a card, please follow the instructions on the card to collect or re-arrange delivery.

Delivery is £3.95 to any UK mainland address and free of charge when your order is over £50.

If you do not receive your delivery within 5 working days, please contact customer services.

Privacy & Security

Any personal information provided to process your order will not be passed to any third parties. We may send you promotions, offers and news if you have requested and you are able to unsubscribe at any time.

Returns & Replacements

We will refund or exchange any item if you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days. Please contact customer services before returning any items. Refunds will be credited to you via the original payment method and can take 5-10 working days.

Please ensure items are returned in an 'as new' condition, unworn and with all labels and tags intact and NOT removed. We will not accept returns of any non-faulty items that have been worn, washed, and/or tags removed.

Postage and packing charges will not be refunded.

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item please contact customer services within 14 days to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods or your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.

Ordering

Sometimes items purchased online may not be available, if this is the case with any items ordered, we will be in contact immediately to either offer a full refund or an alternative item from stock or inform your of the expected delivery time of the item.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept payment by debit and credit cards and use the Stripe payment gateway which is PCI compliant.

Viewing Orders

If you register for an account, you will be able to login to view your orders and will be able to update your account information.
